The Intelliject® System unites several new technologies to provide excellent
biosecurity, accuracy and vaccine stability in a high production capacity environment.
These features and many others make the Intelliject® System one of the most
technologically advanced in-ovo injection systems.
A single needle for egg shell penetration and fluid injection eliminates the need
for a separate punch. The shorter and larger diameter injecting needles are specially
designed to reduce friction and turbulence.
The High Precision Vaccine Delivery System (HPVDS) offers a precise dosage for every
egg.
The needles and the HPVDS are designed to maximize vaccine stability.
The Intelliject® System is user-friendly and offers extensive, multi-lingual
self-diagnostic capabilities. Remote diagnostics are possible via an integrated
modem.
